Lent Term Card

Vaults cocktails

Tuesday 25 Nov we're going to Vaults for cocktails and socialising.
Great little cosy place. See you there.

Christmas event

As the days get darker and the weather colder, the time fast approaches to do what Scandinavians do best: to rally in the Cambridge winter gloom for some wholesome, good ol' julehygge/-mys. CU Scandinavian Society cordially invites you to join us for a cup of glögg, gingerbread cookies, lussekatter, klejner, Scandinavian Christmas carols, friendly banter (the list goes on and on!):

When: Tuesday, December 2, from 19.30 to 21.30
Price: £4 ScanSoc members, £6 non-members

ScanSoc Formal Venue Change

Demand for tickets was high this year, and to be able to accommodate most requests we've moved the formal to Homerton College. This not only gives more people a chance to enjoy the evening, but we will also be given some free bottles of wine!

To allow for the society account to stay in balance with the new ticket prices, please bring £2 with you to pay Tomas at the bar before we proceed to start the dinner.

Film Night - Så som i himmelen (As It Is in Heaven)

We're showing this lovely Swedish film from 2004 (7.5/10 stars on imdb.com), come join us in the TV room in Trinity. It's free, so there's no reason for not coming.

Squash

Welcome to another year in Cambridge! Over one hundred people signed up for the newsletter so this is looking to be a very exciting year. We have a great term lined up with riveting events every single week of term. The first event will be our squash on this coming Monday.
